Indonesian Regulatory Compliance
We are proud to be a legally registered and fully compliant entity within the Republic of Indonesia. Our operations are transparent and adhere to all national and provincial laws.
- Business Licensing: We operate under a valid Surat Izin Usaha Pariwisata (SIUP PARIWISATA), the official tourism business license issued by the Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Ministry of Tourism).
- Tax & Corporate Standing: Our parent company is registered with a Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) tax identification number and fulfills all corporate tax obligations.
- Employee Welfare: We believe in taking care of our team. All Indonesian employees are fully registered with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (the national social security and worker’s insurance program) and BPJS Kesehatan (the national healthcare program), ensuring they have access to comprehensive benefits as mandated by law.
- Maritime Certification: All vessels used for our diving and transport services are registered with the Indonesian government and undergo annual inspections by the local harbor master (Syahbandar) to certify their seaworthiness and safety equipment.
Diving Safety Standards
As our name suggests, diving is at the core of what we do. Our dive safety protocols are designed to exceed industry standards.
- PADI & DAN Affiliation: Our operations are guided by the standards of the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI). We are also an affiliated partner of the Divers Alert Network (DAN), the world’s leading dive safety organization.
- Professional Staff: Every dive is led by an active, insured PADI Divemaster or Instructor with extensive local experience. Our team includes EFR (Emergency First Response) Instructors.
- Onboard Emergency Equipment: Every dive boat is equipped with a comprehensive first aid kit, emergency oxygen units, and a satellite phone or Garmin InReach for reliable communication in remote areas.
- Small Guide Ratios: To ensure personalized attention and safety, we maintain a strict guide-to-diver ratio of no more than 1:4.
Operational & Emergency Protocols
Preparedness is key to ensuring safety in all situations.
- Emergency Action Plan (EAP): We have a detailed EAP that covers a range of scenarios, including medical emergencies, lost divers, and severe weather events. This plan includes contact information for the nearest hyperbaric chamber (in Ambon) and medical evacuation procedures.
- Regular Drills & Training: Our boat crew and dive staff conduct regular safety drills, including man-overboard and emergency oxygen administration scenarios, to ensure our response is swift and effective.
- Vessel Tracking & Maintenance: Our primary vessels are equipped with GPS tracking systems. All engines and safety equipment undergo rigorous, regularly scheduled maintenance by certified mechanics, with all activities logged.

- IATA Accreditation: As an IATA-accredited travel partner, we adhere to the highest standards of financial and operational integrity for all airline ticketing, ensuring reliable and secure flight arrangements for our guests.
